Frequent night wakings
Your baby wakes up several times during the night and needs your help to fall back asleep.
I help you improve your child’s sleep with a personalized, respectful plan tailored to their age, needs, and your family’s dynamics.
No one-size-fits-all formulas. No need to compromise your parenting style. Just clear tools and close support throughout the process.
Your baby wakes up several times during the night and needs your help to fall back asleep.
One day your baby sleeps well, and the next barely rests. Naps are short and constantly changing.
What should be a peaceful moment ends up dragging on. You try different routines, schedules, or ways to help your child settle, but nothing seems to work effectively.
Sleep regressions, travel, moving, dropping a feeding, transitioning from three naps to two, or simply entering a new developmental stage can suddenly disrupt sleep habits that used to work.
I’m a mom of two, a certified Sleep Coach, and Slovenian by birth, although for many years my life has been shaped by different countries, cultures, and languages.
I’ve lived and worked in the United States, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates, while also spending important stages of my professional life in different countries across Latin America. Every move, every new culture, and later, becoming a mother far from my home country taught me that there is no single way to raise a family.
When I became a mother, children’s sleep stopped being something theoretical and became part of my everyday life. I experienced interrupted nights, constantly changing routines, sleep regressions, traveling with children, schedule changes, and that all-too-familiar question: Am I doing this right? As a mom of two, I also know the exhaustion of fragmented nights, the uncertainty, and the search for answers. That’s why I decided to specialize in Sleep Coaching: to offer other families practical, empathetic, evidence-based guidance. Over time, I came to understand how much a family’s dynamics can change when everyone sleeps better. That experience inspired me to understand children’s sleep more deeply and ultimately led me to become certified as a Sleep Coach. Today, I support other families from two equally important perspectives: professional training and the real-life experience of being a mother.I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all formula. Every child has their own personality, every family has its own dynamics, and every parent has different needs and boundaries. That’s why my work begins by listening to you and understanding what is really happening in your home.
My goal isn’t to achieve a “perfect night.” It’s to help you better understand your child’s sleep and find an approach that feels natural to you and sustainable for your whole family.
Every child is different, and so is every family. That’s why, before suggesting any changes, I want to understand what is happening at home: how your child sleeps, what their routines look like, what is working, what concerns you, and above all, what feels right for you as a family.
From there, we create a personalized, realistic plan together, tailored to your child’s age and needs.
You’re not alone during the process. I support you, we review what is happening, and we make adjustments whenever needed. Because working on children’s sleep isn’t about following a perfect plan—it’s about finding a way to sleep better that works for your child and your family..
No two children are the same, and no two families experience sleep in exactly the same way.
That’s why, before making any changes, I want to get to know you, understand what’s happening, and learn what you hope to achieve.
From there, we build a path together that makes sense for your family and works in real life.
I get to know your child and your current situation: age, routines, night wakings, naps, feeding, environment, and what concerns you most.
I design a personalized strategy tailored to your child’s age and aligned with your family dynamics and parenting style.
I don’t just give you a plan and leave you on your own. I support you throughout the process so you know what to do, how to respond, and why we’re making each change.
We observe how your child responds, celebrate progress, and make adjustments when needed. Because a good plan also needs to adapt.
A plan for every need, support for every situation, and a solution for every family.

Moves, travel, time zones, shared routines, and changes in environment can affect children's sleep. Neja understands this reality firsthand.
Happy Zleep aims to be a supportive space for local and international families who need structure, empathy, and practical tools while respecting their own culture and family dynamics.
When we started this process, I felt very lost and worried, but from the very first day you made me feel heard. You always took the time to understand what was happening with us and gave me recommendations that truly fit our family...
Our experience with Neja was extraordinary. When we decided to begin sleep training for our 1.6-year-old son, we were looking for someone who could guide us with knowledge, empathy, and confidence...
Before starting with Neja, we felt like we had tried everything. Our daughter was waking several times during the night, and every day we ended up trying something different because we were simply exhausted...

“Hi Neja! How are you? I just wanted to thank you for all the support you gave us. 💗
When we started this process, I felt very lost and worried, but from the very first day you made me feel heard. You always took the time to understand what was happening with us and gave me recommendations that truly fit our family and our circumstances.
I never felt that your method was rigid or that there was only “one right way” to do things. On the contrary, you were always very empathetic and flexible, looking for solutions that worked for us.
The follow-up support you gave us was also incredible. Knowing that I could write to you, ask questions, and feel supported made all the difference throughout the process.
My Mateo is now sleeping in his own room from 8:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., something that seemed almost impossible to us just a few months ago. This has greatly improved not only his sleep, but also mine and my husband’s.
Honestly, it has had an enormous impact on our mental health and on the overall well-being of our family.
Thank you for your patience, your professionalism, and for making this process so much easier. 🫶”

“Our experience with Neja was extraordinary.
When we decided to begin sleep training for our 1.6-year-old son, we were looking for someone who could guide us with knowledge, empathy, and confidence. That is exactly what we found with Neja.
Throughout the entire process, we felt supported every step of the way. She was always available to answer our questions, explain the reasoning behind each recommendation, and guide us with great patience and professionalism. We never felt like we were alone.
Today, we can truly say that the change has been transformative for our entire family. Emiliano sleeps much better, and as a result, both mom and dad are also getting more rest and enjoying this stage of our lives much more. The impact has been positive for all of us.
We are deeply grateful for her support and dedication. Without a doubt, we highly recommend her to any family looking to improve their children’s sleep in a respectful, informed, and supportive way.”

“Before starting with Neja, we felt like we had tried everything. Our daughter was waking several times during the night, and every day we ended up trying something different because we were simply exhausted.
What we appreciated most about working with Neja was that we never felt like she was imposing one way of doing things on us.
She first listened to our situation, our concerns, and what we wanted as a family. From there, she proposed a plan that we felt comfortable with.
Throughout the process, she stayed closely involved and we made small adjustments based on how our daughter responded. Little by little, we began to see changes and, most importantly, we started to feel confident that we knew what to do.
Today, our daughter sleeps much better and we have our nights back. But what we are most grateful for is the peace of mind and confidence the entire process gave us.
We would recommend Neja without hesitation.”
